$27,750 - $28,982; commensurate with experience
Job Summary/Basic Function
Perform custodial tasks, clean and maintain assigned area as required. Tasks include: sweep, mop/dust mop floors and stairwells; vacuum/clean carpets; wash/clean windows/walls; clean woodwork and chrome; empty trash and clean containers; pick up paper and debris on ground; clean bathroom walls, floors and fixtures; replenish bathroom supplies; make minor repairs to building and equipment as needed; clean and polish water fountains and refill stations. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Education
High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.
Required Related Experience
Six months of custodial experience required. Knowledge of material and equipment used in custodial work.
