- Knowledge of cleaning materials, methods, and equipment used in large public buildings
- Knowledge of simple maintenance and repair work and the materials and tools required
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups
- Ability to understand and carry out direct instructions
- Must be able to prioritize work to meet time constraints
