Location: Fresno, CA

Position Details

• Pay: $18.50/hr
• Schedule: Monday - Friday Part Time 7:00am-3:30pm (scheduled days will vary)
• Will work up to 30 hours per week
• Office out of your home
• Travel assigned routes to customer locations (may travel 150-200 miles per day)
• Must have a reliable form of transportation to travel to convenience stores & customer locations up to 150 miles per day
• Mileage and gasoline reimbursement provided
• Company cell phone provided

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive to customer locations using your personal vehicle to meet with the customer
• Place merchandise in display areas following set plan-o-grams; ensure every square foot of the store is properly set
• Assess critical needs and notify management of any issues
• Assess customer sales and identify items not selling or discontinued; make replacement recommendations to increase sales and profits
• Service assigned stores as scheduled daily
• Provide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, stock rotation, and product and shelf cleaning at customer locations
• Arrange store shelves or display areas as required by each store
• Monitor potential account problems and report to Sales/Manager as required
• Maintain safe store aisles and perform routine equipment maintenance
• Report hours on provided timesheets; perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Driver’s license with clean driving record
• Self-motivated, self-starter & detail oriented
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Frequent physical activity; ability to lift 5-25 lbs, with occasional lifts up to 70 lbs
