Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and donors warmly, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
2. Stock and merchandise items on the sales floor.
3. Maintain store cleanliness and organization, performing cleaning duties as assigned.
4. Follow POS/Cash Register policies in accordance with TSA procedures.
5. Ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
6. Attend monthly store meetings.
7. Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
8. Inspect products for defects and damages.
9. Assist donors with removal of donated items and provide receipts.
10. Sort and organize donated materials as instructed.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate POS/Cash Register accurately.
• Must pass background check, including criminal and sex offender registry.
• Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist.
• Ability to push, pull, grasp, and handle objects.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive motions.
• Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

Schedule: Stores operate 7 days a week. Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays. COVID-19 safety measures will be followed as per government orders and contractual obligations.
