At California Autism Center (CAC), we help our clients get school-ready through in-clinic behavioral services that prioritize safety and dignity. The Role
We have a unique opportunity for a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA to handle leadership at our West Treatment Center as an Interim Treatment Center Director. The Interim Director will lead and maintain center operations under the Director of Clinical Services until the current Treatment Center Director returns. It is a temporary position but provides an opportunity for training and development as a Director. The interim director will collaborate with the board and staff to support business operations, provide day-to-day operational oversight, strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to the clinical team, including Clinical Supervisors and Technicians, with support from the administrative team to accomplish center objectives, revenue goals, client satisfaction, and growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize treatment center outcomes.
- Work with administration to develop, achieve, and maintain quarterly growth and financial targets.
- Deliver training, supervision, and oversight to non-certified staff (modeling program implementation, discussing client programs and strategies, observing staff, providing feedback).
- Create individualized programming for clients.
- Offer parent training and other assistance to families.
- Lead a team in facilitating optimal care and exceptional client outcomes.
- Conduct new client assessments and initial treatment planning.
Qualifications
- Master\'s degree or higher and BCBA certification.
- At least three years of related professional experience with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary team.
- At least two years of experience leading and managing a team as a BCBA.
- Experience writing ABA programs and analyzing/graphing data.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, listening, and supervisory skills.
- Ability to organize and submit sensitive materials on time.
- Experience teaching and training parents; experience working with young children on the autism spectrum.
Compensation & Benefits
Full-time, salaried, exempt position with benefits. Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000 USD, based on experience and certifications.
