This is a full-time role for a Telehandler/Forklift Operator. The role is on-site and located in Ft. The Telehandler/Forklift Operator will be responsible for operating telehandler reach forklifts to move, relocate, and stack/organize materials. Daily tasks include material inventory, receiving, unloading materials, handling and packing materials, and ensuring efficient material movement within the worksite. Inspection and light maintenance of equipment. Stock framing crews/production areas with needed materials throughout the workday Lift and secure material loads for framing crews Rigging loads Document and maintain material counts upon delivery and as stocked at another location on site Organize and clean production area material staging Assist framing superintendent on site as needed, create quality control punchlists, perform light duty framing work etc. Experience in Receiving and Unloading materials Proficiency in Material Handling and Packing Skilled in Forklift Operation OSHA certified telehandler certificate preferred but will train Rigging certification preferred but will train Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment Prior experience in the wood framing/construction industry Computer skills a plus, Email, Construction software etc.-Company Tablet utilized for material tracking and documentation. High school diploma or equivalent
