Are you an experienced warehouse equipment operator looking for a stable, full-time career with great pay? Staffmark is now hiring Forklift Operators (specifically to operate order pickers and cherry pickers) for a top logistics and distribution center near Charleston, IN. If you have experience operating a Cherry Picker or Reach Truck forklift and want to work in a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment, this is the opportunity for you!

Pay & Schedule

• Competitive Pay: $19.50 - $22.50/hour (based on experience)
• Shift: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (3-day weekends!)

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Cherry Picker / Order Picker forklift to pull, move, and stack inventory
• Operate a Reach Truck forklift for loading, unloading, and preparing products for shipping
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times
• Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized
• Perform general warehouse duties when not operating equipment

Requirements

• 1+ years of recent Cherry Picker forklift experience (required)
• 1+ years of Reach Truck forklift experience (required)
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs on a regular basis
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and reliability
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a warehouse team
• English communication skills (written and verbal) required
