Position: (Second) First Shift Forklift Operator
Shift: Mon-Fri 4pm-12:30am . Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Pay: $20.50 per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential.
Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible for monthly performance and safety incentive bonuses!
The core responsibilities include operating stand-up material handling equipment. Preference will be given to applicants with experience operating stand-up Dock Stocker and Reach Truck. Experience with other equipment such as Order (Cherry) Picker, Sit-down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack is a plus.
This position involves equipment operation (30-90% depending on production peaks) as well as material handling and loading/unloading duties.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Production, Manufacturing, Warehouse, General Labor, Forklift operation, Quality Control, Material Handling, Loading/Unloading, Equipment Operation, Reach Truck, Dock Stocker.

Role Purpose
As a Forklift Operator, you will move stock within our warehouse, load and unload shipments, and operate equipment such as stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks. Our environment is team-oriented, fast-paced, and safety-focused. You will play an essential role in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts or other power equipment to load, unload, move, and stage products (80% of shift).
- Prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain inventory records.
- Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
- Verify load accuracy, check for damage, and report variances.
- Change batteries or LP tanks and monitor power sources.
- Keep equipment and facility clean and organized.
- Assist with physical inventories and equipment inspections.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Forklift operator certification or completion of training within 30 days of employment.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
- Six months warehouse and forklift operation experience preferred.
