Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Sierra Staffing Group is seeking reliable Forklift Operators for our rapidly growing client in the Sparks area. You must be a responsible individual with proven experience in a warehouse environment. The goal will be to ensure that material and product will always be at the right place in an efficient and safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming trucks and stack them to assigned locations
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transport raw materials to workstations
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

Skills

• Warehouse experience preferred
• 1+ year of forklift operating experience
• Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
• Excellent physical condition and coordination
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
