Overview

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Adhering to company safety policies and encouraging other associates to do so as well.
• Safely operating forklift and/or other machinery to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, staging and transporting products.
• Working cooperatively and productively with the team to complete assigned tasks.
• Understanding basic computer skills.
• Available to work in hot, humid, cold, and noisy environments.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment.
• Must be available to work any shift, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities (Role and Environment)

Environment may require overtime, holidays, and weekend work. Orientation will be on 1st shift (7am-3pm), with assignment to 2nd shift after orientation.

Shift

• Currently hiring for 2nd Shift (3 PM - 11 PM).
• Flexibility to be assigned to work any shift as needed.
• Orientation on 1st shift; may be reassigned to 2nd shift after orientation.

Salary

• $23.25 per hour.
• Opportunity to increase compensation based on skills and plant performance.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• One (1) year or more of work experience in a manufacturing, military, landscaping, carpentry, construction, warehouse, production, or farming environment.
• One (1) year or more of experience operating a forklift, clamp truck, or similar equipment.

What Will Put You Ahead

• MS basic computer skills.
• Two (2) years of experience driving and operating a forklift, clamp truck, or similar equipment in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
