Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator license certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Able to work in a diverse environment and build professional relationships
• Dependable, punctual with good attendance
• Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision and show initiative
• High level of accuracy, even under pressure
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods
• Willingness to work flexible schedules across shifts
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Adhere to contract performance measurement guidelines
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and dock loading/unloading
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours
• Perform other duties as assigned
