Job Details Description: Forklift Driver – MUST HAVE STEEL TOE SHOES. We are looking for experienced forklift drivers to operate OP (Order Picker) Reach Truck forklifts to assist with loading and unloading trucks. They must have quality and control experience and be able to perform auditing. The ideal candidate will be capable of ensuring efficient and accurate material handling (lifting around 25–30 pounds) in a busy warehouse environment. They will be picking from top aisles on the ORDER PICKER and must not be afraid of heights. They must ensure that products meet specified quality standards, inspect items for defects, and perform auditing and processing to assure items are to standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate OP forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Apply quality and control experience.
• Conduct auditing as part of material handling.
• Inspect items and process to assure correct items are handled.
• Load and unload trucks with precision and care.
• Verify and check inventory as it is loaded/unloaded.
• Maintain accurate records of material movement.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts.

Qualifications

• Must have steel-toe shoes.
• Experience operating OP Reach Truck forklifts and order picking.
• Ability to lift and handle items around 25–30 pounds.
• Ability to meet quality standards and perform inspections and auditing.
