Seneca Foods in Ripon, WI, is currently seeking a Forklift Driver - 2nd Shift to join our team. We offer an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid time off, and more! Help us make our Farm Fresh Goodness Great!

This position entails operating powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries at the plant. It also involves moving products and supplies to and from storage areas, machines, loading docks, into railroad cars or trucks, or storage facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Unload, load, transfer, and stack finished goods and supplies from trucks.
• Interpret shipping orders or receiving reports to determine items to be loaded or unloaded.
• Check products for quality and proper shipping information.
• Complete daily inspections of the vehicle before operation and correct any low fluid levels.
• Operate lift trucks in compliance with all operating procedures.
• Track, input, change, and update inventory data.
• Ensure proper weight distribution on rail cars and trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass the Seneca Forklift certification test.
• Ability to stack and unstack pallets of product up to 5 pallets high.
• Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
