Overview

Micro Welding Operator: Join our team as a Resistance Welding Specialist. You'll utilize a controlled process of electrical currents to create high-strength bonds on stainless steel. As an integral part of our manufacturing backbone, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the structural integrity and long-term performance of our products. As an Artisan of resistance welding, your meticulous attention to detail and ability to control immense power will directly contribute to the safety, reliability, and superior quality of our finished goods. Responsibilities

• Use proper techniques for handling small parts and monitor tooling wear to maintain equipment quality standards.
• Perform basic setup for various welding configurations, such as seams, endcaps, flanges, rings, and tacking.
• Setup and tear down equipment according to safety guidelines and operational requirements.
• Perform designated operations as per drawing/ work order requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including part numbers, quantities, methods used, and any issues encountered.
• Communicate with supervisor, quality control personnel, and other team members to address workflow issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will possess the following minimum requirements:

• Due to ITAR requirements, we can only consider American for this position.
• Must have at least 20/20 vision – with vision correction aides (i.e. glasses, contacts)
• Must be able to remain seated for extended periods
• Must be able to operate shop resources with arms and hands
• Must be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen that includes marijuana
• Attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to ignore distractions while working
