Job Description

2nd Shift Welding Technician

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a 2nd Shift Welding Technician for a company based in Clanton, AL. In this role, you will ensure the structural integrity and quality of welded components for a large automotive manufacturer.

Pay Rate
Depending on Experience

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Laser, Gas Metal Arc, and projection welding
• Process monitoring and data recording
• Project and development work as assigned
• Follow safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE and securing loads properly

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing environment
• Experience with maintenance activities
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to follow safety protocols and operating instructions
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely
