General Responsibilities | SALARY LISTED IS ONLY THE MINIMUM STARTING POINT. ACTUAL SALARY FOR THE POSITION IS NEGOTIABLE. The Business, Engineering and Technology division seeks a dynamic, collaborative, and student-centered 10-month full-time faculty member to teach in the Welding Technology Department. The candidate of choice may be asked to teach some or all of the courses in the Welding program. The ideal candidate should be solutions-oriented, have a passion for teaching, a growth mindset, and a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging. The teaching load is 15 credits per semester. Release time may be available for course coordination. In addition, faculty are expected to maintain at least five (5) office hours per week (as described in the Faculty Handbook) while class is in session and accept other responsibilities as assigned by the leadership. |
