Welder II/III – Pressure Vessel and Structural Welding - Colorado Springs

Pay: $25.00–$33.00 hour depending on experience

Hours: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday

Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced Welders for a full-time opportunity who are looking to relocate to Colorado Springs. This is a high-skill fabrication role working with pressure vessels, structural assemblies, and complex weldments.

What We Look For In Welder II/III Candidates

• Strong welding background with carbon steel, stainless steel, and nickel alloys
• Ability to perform 6G welds using GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW processes
• Experience producing X-ray quality welds
• Skilled in reading and interpreting complex drawings and weld symbols
• Ability to fit and fabricate weldments with consideration for heat, shrinkage, and tolerances
• Comfortable with pressure vessel or structural fabrication environments
• Comfortable with transitioning between different projects
  
  

Testing Requirements

• Shop Math Test and Weld Symbology Test
• Weld Tests:
• 6G GMAW Downhill
• 6G FCAW Uphill
• 6G GTAW
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years welding and fabrication experience
• Must be able to pass welding certification tests and pre-employment screenings
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (No Sponsorships Available)
• This position may have background and drug testing requirements
