Sports Card Grader

CGC Cards is seeking experienced Sports Card Graders to join our new service dedicated to expert and impartial sports cards grading. CGC - Sports Cards is a Certified Collectibles Group (CCG) affiliate dedicated to third-party authentication and grading services for sports cards and memorabilia.

Our sports card and memorabilia grading service will utilize world-class expertise, cutting-edge technology, and operational excellence to become a leader in its category.

Responsibilities:

• Research, identify, and authenticate collectible sports cards
• Assess the condition, quality, and grade the item using established standards
• Meet production goals while maintaining high grading standards
• Enter grading data into the computer system

Requirements:

• Knowledge of vintage and modern sports cards across major US sports
• Understanding of card printing processes, variants, and errors
• Knowledge of other sports collectibles is beneficial
• 1-3 years of grading experience or extensive grading submission history as a dealer/collector
• Attention to detail and ability to detect counterfeit and altered cards accurately
• High integrity and ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong organizational skills to meet production goals
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Qualified candidates must relocate to Sarasota, Florida.
