Job Description
Come join our Youth Sports team! Our Y is looking for individuals to help coach our Flag Football and Soccer programs for the Spring session!
Available Shifts:
Soccer Coach: Hours available Monday–Thursday ranging from 4:30pm–6:30pm and Saturday games.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and/or referee youth sports.
- Lead activities and serve as a positive role model for youth.
Requirements
- Candidates should be enthusiastic, motivating, and able to relate well to young children.
- Some knowledge and experience playing organized sports.
- FREE adult Y membership (+discount on Family Membership).
- 50% discount on Y programs.
- 403(b) retirement account.
- 12% retirement after 2 years and 1,000 hours per year.
