Orthopedic Sports Surgeon Opportunity in San Francisco, CA with Kaiser Permanente

The Permanente Medical Group (TPMG) is seeking a fellowship-trained orthopedic sports medicine surgeon with a strong interest in hip arthroscopy to join our collegial and well-established team in San Francisco. Position Highlights

1. Team Composition: 8 surgeons (3 Total Joint, 3 Sports, 2 Hand)
2. Collaborative Model: Work closely with 13 experienced Physician Assistants
3. Surgical Focus: 40% hip arthroscopy, 40% sports medicine, 20% trauma via call
4. OR Time: 1–2 days per week
5. Call Schedule: ~1 in 8 weeks (Level 2/3 community trauma)
   1. Dedicated trauma room time available

Requirements

• Board Certification or Eligibility
• Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA
