Kids Sports Coach Job at Amazing Athletes in Norfolk

Overview

We are seeking coaches for our multi-sport enrichment program. Amazing Athletes was founded in 2003 and has grown into one of the nation\'s largest multi-sport enrichment programs with over 50,000 kids enrolled each year. Children need to have FUN while learning the FUNdamentals of sport. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete. The long-term impact will create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills and increase youth activity across the board.

Base pay range

$22.00/yr - $25.00/yr

Responsibilities

• We are seeking coaches for our multi-sport enrichment program. Ready-made curriculums and extensive training help new coaches get up to speed quickly and enjoy working with the kids.
• Work 5-25 classes a week; earn $20/hr and can earn up to $25/hr.
• Promote life skills through sports and encourage children to have fun while learning fundamentals.

Qualifications

• The majority of classes are held during the morning and early afternoon hours as well as weekends. The ideal candidate would have availability on some of the days and times listed.
• Location focus: Chesapeake and Hampton areas.
