The Role

The Program Coordinator works closely with the Director of Merchandise & Buyer. This is an entry level role to start your career with an international company, working for Professional Bull Riding.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Procures classification of merchandise, corporate fulfillment and/or custom products by working with the Merchandise Director & Buyer to develop and source product

  • Responsible for the return of damages, wrong orders, and unwanted product.

  • Manages stock and inventory levels by re-ordering, maintaining, or discontinuing products

  • Responsible for compiling, inputting, and distributing all information for product recaps and updates to the team

  • Creates and inputs SKU number for merchandise

  • Prepare and manage work and sales orders

  • Manage inventory within the ERP system

  • Responsible for the acquisition and distribution of catalogs and pertinent vendor information.

  • Works with the Marketing Department in managing the PBR website(s)

  • Assemble sales presentations

  • Coordinate customer mailings

  • Assistant to the Buyer

  • Must be able to travel to team’s events

  • Other duties may be assigned

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year College or four years related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • This position requires that the person be highly organized, self-motivated individual who can work independently

Skills and Abilities

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Easily adapt to changing situations

  • Strong computer skills are a must. Use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and comfortable use of Internet is necessary

  • Must have excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to understand and follow work processes

Compensation

Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.

$45,000

Working Conditions

Location: Legends Maingate (Indianapolis, IN)
