Overview

This is a Full Time (35 hour/wk) physical therapist position that emphasizes personal and professional growth, a healing culture, and building connected relationships with patients to get them better. Base pay range

$90,200.00/yr - $108,200.00/yr

Additional compensation

Annual Bonus and Sign-on bonus

Responsibilities / Duties

The duties/expectations apply to the 3-month mark after hire and align with our six core values: teamwork, accountability, emotional intelligence, integrity, fun, and customer service. You must:

• Meet minimum treatment visits per month (120 visits, ~30 per week, 5-6 patients per day)
• Achieve a minimum number of referrals/leads per month (2-4)
• Participate in networking/community outreach as needed (1-2 per month)
• Attain successful patient outcomes with 90%+ satisfaction
• Attend weekly meetings and complete treatment notes in a timely fashion
• Engage in clinical mentorship (monthly, weekly meetings)

Schedule: Flexible, Full-Time with 30-35 treatment hours per week (see below). There must be a minimum of 36 slots available each week for treatment sessions and weekly staff meetings attendance.

Qualifications

• Education: DPT or DPT-equivalent
• License/Certification: PT License (or PTLA), CPR Certification
• Willingness to grow/learn and ability to connect with people and build rapport
