America's Got Soccer is South Florida's premier indoor soccer facility, hosting a wide range of leagues, programs, and events. We're seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of our sports facility operations, lead the team, and ensure an outstanding experience for our guests and members.

Requirements

  • Lead the growth and development of business units within the facility
  • Manage daily facility operations, maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to deliver excellent customer service
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and facility improvements as needed
  • Manage schedules for the facility and coaching staff, handle recruitment and training, and allocate equipment according to business needs
  • Develop and implement a coordinated organizational work schedule for staff that aligns with business objectives and priorities
  • Implement operational policies to enhance efficiency and streamline processes
  • Monitor budgeting and expense tracking for facility-related costs
  • Work closely with the Adult League Manager and other team members to support event and league logistics
  • Set goals for and effectively manage and motivate a staff team of up to 20 people

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with organizational partners
  • Contribute to brand development for America's Got Soccer by collaborating with internal marketing and publicity teams and delivering high-quality experiences
  • Represent the organization publicly
  • Provide vision and strategic focus for America's Got Soccer's business units, building connections with local organizations, schools, and community groups
  • Manage and oversee the processes for review, monitoring, and evaluation of performance and initiatives
  • Address facility-related inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Work evening shifts until facility close

Requirements:

  • Experience in facility management, sports facility operations, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams
  • Availability for evening shifts until facility close, as well as weekends
  • Proficiency in budgeting, maintenance planning, and customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
