Overview

Physical Therapist (Ortho/Sports) at Elite Sports Performance & Physical Therapy – Stoughton, MA. Join our growing team of physical therapists, sports performance coaches, and personal trainers dedicated to orthopedic and sports physical therapy, sports performance training, and personal training, all under one roof. We offer a comprehensive facility with two PT clinics, a full fitness center, and a dedicated sports performance training area including specialized equipment and a large turf area for functional training and return-to-sport rehab.

We provide a personalized, one-on-one treatment model to ensure high-quality patient care. We operate with a 40-minute individual session model and do not use PT Aides; all therapy is performed by the primary PT to ensure the best patient experience and clinician workflow. Our patient population ranges from general orthopedics to youth, high school, and college athletes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, one-on-one patient care focused on orthopedic and sports physical therapy.
• Deliver treatment with a 40-minute session model as the primary PT (no PT Aides).
• Collaborate with a team of physical therapists, sports performance coaches, and personal trainers within a multi-disciplinary facility.
• Contribute to a setting that supports orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, performance training, and return-to-sport goals.

Qualifications

• Current PT license for MA (or in process of obtaining).
• Previous clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting (including student affiliation experience).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written; excellent attention to detail and time management; high level of professionalism and passion for orthopedic/sports PT.
• Interest in pursuing board-certification (OCS, SCS) in the future is a plus but not required.
