Founded in Tampa, Florida, i9 Sports is the nation’s first and largest youth sports league franchise in the U.S., with over 1 million registrations across 500+ communities. Established in 2003 by Frank Fiume, emphasizing fun over competition.

i9 Sports offers leagues, camps, and clinics for kids ages 3-17 in sports like flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball. Focused on fun, safety, convenience, and sportsmanship, we aim to reinvent youth sports for families nationwide.

The Sports Coordinator enhances the i9 Sports experience by building relationships with players, parents, and coaches, ensuring quality instruction, and supervising practices and games across all age groups.

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions emphasizing fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach core concepts including sportsmanship values.
• Supervise game day operations.
• Maintain a positive attitude and excellent customer service.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Self-motivated, independent problem-solver.
• Ability to ensure player safety and take charge when needed.
• Positive attitude and relationship-building skills.
• Availability for the full season (~7 weeks).
