Job Summary

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic instructors who enjoy working with young children (ages 2–6) and are passionate about sports, fitness, and child development. As a Preschool Sports Instructor, you will lead 20–45 minute classes at preschool and daycare locations, delivering fun, engaging, and structured lessons that encourage movement, teamwork, and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead group sports and fitness classes for children ages 2–6 using pre-planned curriculum
• Travel to multiple school locations each day
• Set up and clean up equipment before and after each session
• Build positive relationships with school staff, children, and parents
• Create a safe, inclusive, and high-energy environment for learning through play
• Represent the brand in a professional, friendly, and consistent manner

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred but not required(teaching, coaching, childcare, camps, etc.)
• Outgoing, energetic personality with strong classroom management skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable lifting and carrying sports equipment (up to 30 lbs)
• Available weekday mornings and/or early afternoons (8:00 AM–4:00 PM)
• Background check clearance required
