How you’ll make an impact:

Producer across all Casuals with Katie Nolan programming for both podcast and radio, including in-studio engineering for both shows. Lead social media and YT distribution for Casuals by handling video capture, video ingestion for edits, editing, captioning, and distribution strategy, which will have direct impact on revenue for podcast. Utility player for various O&O and partnered sports podcast content, assisting with audio and social media edits, production, and distribution.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee twice weekly episodic production of Casuals, both as audio and video.
• Co-produce Casuals Live daily radio show on SiriusXM.
• Manage @casualsthepodcast IG and TikTok accounts, creating short-form content and developing/maintaining a posting schedule and strategy across radio & podcast.
• Edit full episode and longform video content for Casuals YouTube channel.
• Manage distribution across various sports podcasts, including Let’s Go.
• Assist with SiriusXM Sports graphic creation for socials, including breaking news graphics.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience preferred.
• At least two (2) years of experience working with audio/video in the podcast or radio space.
• Highly detail oriented and strong communication skills.
• Strong interest in sports.
• Comfortable working with talent, artists and high-profile individuals.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms: Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok.
• Excellent audio and video editing skillset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in: Adobe Suite (Audition, Premiere, & After Effects) & Capcut.
• Podcast software, including Simplecast.
• Capturing video or audio via Zoom or Riverside.
• Social media expertise across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, & Twitter.
• Mixing sound elements into a professional sounding product.
• Operating an audio board.
• Ability to setup static cameras in-studio for capture.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Compensation and how to apply:

At SiriusXM, compensation depends on factors including background and experience. The base salary for this position is expected to be in the range of $55,000 – $73,600 and may vary. This role may be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
