Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to support campaign execution and brand initiatives
• Participate in product knowledge sessions and morning team meetings
• Engage directly with consumers to provide customer service and promote client products
• Assist with campaign launches, in-store promotions, and event coordination
• Accurately input and track customer data and sales records
• Apply learned product knowledge during real-time customer interactions
• Contribute to team development by learning skills in leadership, training, and coaching
• Support internal communication and coordination to achieve team goals
• Identify new sales opportunities through relationship building and product awareness

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Energetic, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Must be based in or able to commute to Buffalo, NY
