Overview

The Director of Racquet Sports is a highly visible leadership role, responsible for overseeing all racquet operations, including tennis, pickleball, and platform tennis. The DRS will deliver innovative programs, manage and mentor a team of professionals, and foster a vibrant racquets culture that engages members of all ages and skill levels. This role reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with the Club Captain, Racquets Committee, and staff to ensure an exceptional member experience, financial sustainability, and program excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all racquet operations, including tennis, pickleball, and platform tennis.
• Deliver innovative programs and initiatives to engage members.
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals.
• Foster a vibrant racquets culture that engages members of all ages and skill levels.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Club Captain, Racquets Committee, and staff to ensure an exceptional member experience, financial sustainability, and program excellence.
