We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outpatient Physical Therapist with a strong interest in orthopedics and a passion for patient-centered care. While specializing in pelvic floor rehabilitation is not a requirement for this position, we offer in-house mentorship and training for those interested in pursuing this specialty.

PhysioStrength Physical Therapy is a small, privately owned clinic located in Tacoma. We specialize in sports and orthopedic physical therapy, and provide personalized care to our patients in a supportive and collaborative environment. We aspire to have a positive impact on the greater Tacoma area, so that individuals of all backgrounds have access to the highest quality of care, enabling them to overcome orthopedic challenges and live active, fulfilling lives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Physical Therapist License (Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred)
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)
  • Strong clinical skills in orthopedics with a genuine interest in expanding knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • New graduates and experienced physical therapists are welcome to apply.
  • A desire to learn and grow in pelvic floor rehabilitation (mentorship and training provided) - not required to apply for position.
