WHO (Event Contractors):

• FLEXIBILITY: Events typically take place during weekends (which may include Thursday or Friday setup days). As an independent contractor, you set your schedule - you choose which event(s) to accept!
• EXCITEMENT: Attend some of the top sports venues in your state. You may be invited to travel to top tournaments.
• NEW TECHNOLOGY: Hands-on experience with the latest streaming software and technology.
• SUPPORT: We provide tools and resources to help you succeed.

WHAT (Contract Services Needed):

• TRACK: Receive and handle all event equipment, including camera gear & marketing assets.
• EXECUTION: Set up BallerTV’s streaming system at each court or field. Move safely, efficiently, and with urgency.
• MONITOR: Ensure each game’s stream is steady. Operate and troubleshoot equipment, maintain communication with the team.
• ENJOY: Watch live sports while working!

FLEXIBILITY: Part-time, weekend role. Some events start as early as 6AM and end as late as 10PM. Travel up to 40 miles may be required.

PAY: Rates start at $16/hour, depending on area. Shifts can exceed 12 hours; weekend tournaments may exceed 30 hours. The role requires being on your feet and lifting heavy objects.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old
• Complete a pre-event background check
• Familiar with iOS devices
• Personable and professional
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in event production, sports, or customer service
• Knowledge of grassroots soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, football, or wrestling
• Valid driver’s license for equipment transport
