Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 plus bonus opportunities

Olympia Orthopaedic Associates (OOA), the region’s leading orthopaedic practice, is seeking a full-time Sports Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join us. Known for delivering exceptional patient care and innovative treatment options, OOA offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment alongside a dynamic group of fellowship-trained surgeons, physical therapists, and non-operative musculoskeletal specialists.

In this role, you will enjoy the autonomy of running your own clinic while benefiting from the support of our multidisciplinary team. You will evaluate and treat a wide range of injuries and non-operative musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, focusing on helping patients—from athletes to active community members—return to the activities they love.

This position does not take call, however, will be asked to help with community events such as high school sports physicals and an occasional evening or weekend meetings/sports coverage/community event.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a wide range of injuries and non-operative musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care. Serve the community through participation in events such as high school sports physicals and occasional evenings or weekend coverage as requested.

Qualifications

  • Valid and unrestricted Washington State medical license.
  • Board eligible or certified with ABOS, ABFM, or ABMS.
  • Sports Medicine fellowship trained.

Specialties including sports medicine, family practice, PMNR, emergency medicine, and occupational medicine are encouraged to apply in addition to new graduates.
