Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic sports medicine setting.
• Collaborate with a physician group and clinical staff; maintain open lines of communication with physicians and staff.
• Support mentorship and leadership development within the clinic; participate in growth initiatives and new program rollouts.
• Engage in ongoing training and development; contribute to a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
• Participate in patient care planning to support clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
