Alabama State University is hiring: E-Sports Gaming Laboratory Coach in Montgome

Alabama State University, Division of Student Affairs, invites applications for the position of E-Sports Gaming Laboratory Coach. The successful applicant will develop the team's strategic plan and assist in improving team play to maximize wins.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Analyze the current meta to develop strong strategies aligned with the team's strengths.
2. Enhance internal communication among players through team-building activities and identify key communication lapses during games.
3. Maintain a positive outlook among players regarding their performance and foster a winner's mentality through motivational tactics.
4. Address players' personal issues by providing counseling to remove mental barriers, enabling optimal performance.
5. Ensure players are prepared for travel, with jerseys, sponsorship items, and team-branded merchandise ready for competitions.
6. Coordinate scrimmages to provide additional practice opportunities for the team.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED, along with relevant experience.
