STATUS: PART-TIME (NON-EXEMPT)

Allison Sports Town Complex is an indoor/outdoor venue that spans 82 acres, with 12 outdoor fields (including 4 turf fields) and a 94,000 sq. ft. indoor facility featuring four high school regulation basketball courts and two indoor soccer fields. The venue offers concessions and spaces for parties and meetings.

Position Summary

The Events Team Member provides excellent guest service while working across multiple facility departments, including guest services, food and beverage, facility maintenance, and events.

Primary Responsibilities

• Interacting and assisting guests as needed
• Assist with events from set up to take down
• Stock, maintain, and clean the facility as necessary throughout shifts
• Perform various tasks related to scheduled work area
• Operate and balance a cash drawer
• Resolve guest concerns and/or direct to appropriate Manager
• Complete special projects, daily assignments and other duties as directed by management

Minimum Qualifications

• Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays) and regular attendance necessary
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Excellent guest service skills
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills
• Respectful and friendly to athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders and fellow Team Members
• Works well with others and takes personal initiative
• Commitment to safety and well-being of others

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds waist high
• May be required to sit or stand for extended periods, indoors or outdoors; may squat, stoop or bend
• Will be required to operate a computer
• Facility has intermittent noise
