We’re seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our dedicated team. Whether you’re experienced or just starting your career, this is a unique opportunity to thrive in a collaborative environment that values growth, teamwork, and patient-focused care.

Location

• Preferred Dental of Cromwell | 75 Berlin Road, Cromwell, CT 06416

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 8AM-5PM
• Friday: 8AM-4PM
• Wednesdays and weekends: Off!

Your Role as a Dental Hygienist

• Deliver preventive and therapeutic hygiene services, including cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride application
• Take and interpret digital radiographs
• Conduct oral health assessments and periodontal charting
• Educate and motivate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices
• Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to ensure seamless, comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold OSHA/HIPAA compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Associate degree or higher from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program
• Active Connecticut Dental Hygienist license and CPR certification
• Local anesthesia certification (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• Experience in a dental office setting (preferred; new grads welcome!)
