RN Position at Denver North Care Center
What You’ll Do
- Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure the highest quality care and dignity.
- Evaluate and monitor residents’ condition and provide professional nursing care per care plans and doctor’s orders.
- Contribute to formulation and evaluation of standards of care with the interdisciplinary team.
- Initiate emergency support measures when needed.
- Coordinate resident admission, transfer, and discharge, including completing required forms and documentation per regulations and policies.
- Conduct assessments and identify changes in residents’ physical or psychological condition (e.g., lab data, vital signs, mental status).
- Maintain nursing history in the medical record for all residents.
Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or approval RN program graduate.
- Current, valid Colorado RN license (unencumbered).
- Current CPR certification.
- 1–3 years’ experience in direct patient care preferred; experience in Skilled Nursing desirable.
- Knowledge of equipment setup and operation (monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc.).

- 12-hour shifts (6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.).
