RN Position at Denver North Care Center

Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure the highest quality care and dignity.
Evaluate and monitor residents’ condition and provide professional nursing care per care plans and doctor’s orders.
Contribute to formulation and evaluation of standards of care with the interdisciplinary team.
Initiate emergency support measures when needed.
Coordinate resident admission, transfer, and discharge, including completing required forms and documentation per regulations and policies.
Conduct assessments and identify changes in residents’ physical or psychological condition (e.g., lab data, vital signs, mental status).
Maintain nursing history in the medical record for all residents.

Nursing degree from an accredited college or approval RN program graduate.
Current, valid Colorado RN license (unencumbered).
Current CPR certification.
1–3 years’ experience in direct patient care preferred; experience in Skilled Nursing desirable.
Knowledge of equipment setup and operation (monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc.).
