Overview

Join MGA Homecare as a Registered Nurse (RN). We serve a broad range of ages and deficits in home health services. The position is full-time or part-time with a flexible schedule in Washington state. Current Washington/Compact Registered Nurse license is required. This role offers growth opportunities and a rewarding impact on patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
• Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient\'s nursing needs.

Qualifications

• Active RN License in Washington/Compact (required)
• Attention to Detail
• Time Management Skills
• Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
• Good Organization and Effective Communication
• Home Health Experience (preferred)
