Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, S.C. This unique property features 12 cottages, each accommodating 12 patients, with individual kitchens, gardens, and patios for residents and staff to enjoy. You will provide direct, compassionate care to residents, ensuring care plans are properly implemented. You will supervise nursing assistants to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local standards.
