Responsibilities

The Clinical Director (Registered Nurse, RN) is responsible for overseeing and directing the patient care operations of the home care facility under the direction of the Home Health Executive Director.

• Coordinates and completes assigned projects to support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company.
• Oversees patient eligibility referrals, plans services, and supervises home health care delivery.
• Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Enhances agency profitability and engages with the team to ensure quality of services.

Qualifications

License Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice (if Clinical Director is an RN).
• Current CPR certification.
• If Clinical Director holds another clinical discipline (PT/OT/SLP), must have current applicable license in the state.
• One year of supervisory or management experience in home health or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
