Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and compassionate RNs to join our team at our Dearborn Heights location. The RN's will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing patient records, administering medications, and supervising other nursing staff.
Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records
• Supervise other nursing staff, including LPN's and CNA's
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve nursing skills

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Michigan
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
