Acara Solutions is seeking experienced Shift Supervisors to join our partner's high-volume, 24/7 advanced manufacturing facility in Tolleson, AZ. You\'ll play a critical role in providing strong on-the-floor leadership and ensuring smooth operations across shifts.

Duration: 3-6 Month Contract

Pay Rate: $55-$58/hr

Shifts

• D shift: Thursday-Saturday (Every other Wednesday) 5:45pm - 6am

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Receives work assignments with general instructions.
• Directs subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
• Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups.
• Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.
• Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks, and checking work at frequent intervals.
• Encompasses the direction and inspection of the performance of individuals who assemble components in an industrial environment.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience in a fast-paced, 24/7 advanced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assess and respond to machine issues and operator needs.
