Title: Manufacturing Operator - Night shift

Duration: 12 months

Location Indianapolis, IN 46221

Shift & Availability Requirements

• Must be on time and available for each scheduled shift.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and off shifts as required.
• Two available shift options (consultant may choose one):
• Day Shift: 6:00am-6:00pm (shift meeting and gown-up at 5:45am)
• Night Shift: 6:00pm-6:00am (shift meeting and gown-up at 5:45pm)
• Shift schedule follows a 24/7 rotation: 3 work shifts, 2 off shifts, 2 work shifts, 3 off shifts.
• Shift structure may vary based on business needs.
  

Position Summary

• Supports manufacturing processes for the assigned department or area.
• Operates manufacturing equipment in accordance with written procedures and work rules.
• Responsible for achieving production standards in both quantity and quality while ensuring product safety.
• Follows all cGMP, safety guidelines, and company safety policies.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and work safely at all times.
• Wear required safety equipment (safety glasses, safety shoes, protective gloves, safety cap, etc.).
• Communicate clearly; demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Foster an inclusive, safe, and respectful workplace.
• Follow standard operating procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Document process steps accurately in batch documentation.
• Attain and maintain qualification for operation of assigned process equipment.
• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment.
• Perform quality checks per department/area requirements and document findings.
• Unpack, pack, load, and unload components and products.
• Execute light cleaning (stocking, sweeping, mopping, trash removal) to maintain a clean operating environment.
• Write maintenance summaries for assembly and workstation areas.
• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• Apply basic math and computer skills, with willingness to learn more advanced processes.
