Today, our more than 200 team members provide our portfolio of world-class wines and spirits to retail stores, iconic restaurants, and world-class hotels throughout the Hoosier State.**## **Job Duties:*** Schedule order selection.* Hire and train selection personnel.* Maintain quality standards for order selection.* Maintain all safety activities for the night shift and conduct safety meetings.* Ensure completion of picking in an efficient and safe manner.* Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.* Train and enforce company policy and procedures.* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.## **Job Requirements:*** 3+ years of previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.* Ability to work as a team member and leader.* Strong computer skills.
