Night Shift Maintenance Technician role at Fulfil.

Fulfil is hiring a night shift Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced startup in a multi-disciplinary team. You will be responsible for automation equipment availability and spares management.

In This Role You Will

• Resolve unplanned down events and drive successful recoveries with high reliability
• Maintain ongoing preventive maintenance program to ensure optimum equipment performance
• Work closely with engineers and operations team to support equipment upgrade project timelines and objectives
• Ensure standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are current, accurate, and that all work is done in compliance to ensure maximum quality
• Provide a shift-to-shift communication summary to keep all team members aligned
• Manage existing spares inventory and keep inventory accurate
• Document maintenance activities and any modifications made to equipment
• Comply with company safety regulations, department safety programs, and all company policies and procedures
• Contribute to a positive work culture and help create robust engineering workflows and processes

What We're Looking For

• Four years or more of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Mechatronics-Electrical and/or Controls Automation, Equipment Test experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Strong preventive maintenance development experience, familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance principles, project management skills, and Lean Manufacturing experience
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, and communicate effectively
• Able to work night shift schedule, including weekends and/or overtime; schedule changes with advance notice
• Good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CMMS preferred
• Troubleshoot using mechanical and electrical schematics/diagrams

• Salary range: $50,000 - $65,000 plus stock and benefits (pay within range based on experience and skills)
