Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Details:

• Base Pay: $30.00 or more per hour, based on experience. Plus $1.00 per hour shift differential for night shift.
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM on a 2-2-3 Schedule
• Benefits Starting Day 1
• Weekly Pay

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on manufacturing machinery and facilities, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems, and PLCs.
• Maintain production and spare equipment, perform mechanical repairs, installations, and basic electrical repairs.
• Interact with vendors for project completion and equipment repair.
• Diagnose root causes and correct issues in machinery and equipment.
• Operate lifts and forklifts, transport heavy parts, and complete safety training.
• Manage parts inventory and initiate work orders using Maintenance Connection.
• Fabricate metal parts and perform welding as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in safety programs.
• Maintain personal tools and record work hours accurately.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; apprenticeship training is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance scheduling, assembly, and repair techniques.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and ability to learn electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in a manufacturing environment, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Skills in using hand tools, electrical meters, and power tools.
