Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Fabricating Operator will oversee the operation of Sequel's copper drawing and bunching equipment by performing setups, operating machinery, and monitoring the process to ensure efficiency. Successful employees will strive to deliver the best quality and service to our customers, with a focus on continuous improvement and entrepreneurial spirit.

The candidate must be a hands-on team player with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to responsibilities.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Experience in wire and cable manufacturing processes is a plus
• Ability to read and understand SOPs
• Adherence to safety procedures
• Maintain equipment cleanliness
• Team-oriented attitude
• Basic computer skills
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods (up to 12 hours)
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
