ONE CONSULTING (GLOBAL) PTE. LTD. is hiring: Production Supervisor (Night shift)

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and discipline within the production area; actively participate in and support Health and Safety initiatives such as DWB, BBS, and H&S meetings.
• Supervise daily operator activities in the workshop; enforce discipline and maintain 6S standards in the production section.
• Organize production activities in alignment with the production plan and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Drive departmental performance to achieve key production KPIs, including but not limited to material accuracy, yield, efficiency, and productivity.
• Address production issues promptly and provide timely feedback to supervisors.
• Collaborate with other departments to investigate the root causes of product defects and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Manage resource allocation for production lines, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and effectiveness of production records, databases, and documentation.
• Propose continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives to optimize production processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce scrap and operational costs.
• Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Supervise assemblers and team leaders; motivate, coach, and support team members to meet performance expectations.
• Actively participate in and encourage team involvement in company programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a high-volume operation.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead, motivate and manage a team of product builders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Able to perform night shifts.
