Comfort / Quality Inn is dedicated to providing exceptional service and maintaining a pristine environment for our guests. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as necessary.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other linens as required.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and paper products in guest rooms and common areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist with laundry services as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
